I am a 200-hr Certified Yoga Teacher with a focus on the mind, body and breath connection. I will always provide space for my students and room for self exploration through an inquisitive teaching style.

I was raised in Peterborough and went to Trent University to get my BA but have lived in Vancouver and Toronto for the last 20 years working in the corporate world. Yoga and meditation became a safe space for me to deal with the stress and anxiety of that pace of life – and for those years I continued to grow and deepen my personal practice. I am grateful to have finally come home to the Yoga community as a teacher so I can share what I have learned to be my most valuable life lesson thus far; that movement paired with mindfulness and gratitude can bring anyone inner peace and well being.

When I’m not on my mat, you can often find me exploring sustainable living practices, on nature walks or making my own non-toxic personal and household products.
