Discipline is a profound practice of self love. Yoga is a practical tool to practice discipline through creating harmony of the body, mind, emotion and energy.
Bronwyn has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and completed her YTT in Bali, Indonesia. She is formally trained in Ashtanga, Yin, Hatha and Vinyasa. In addition she has studied foundational Ayurveda and Chakra Healing.
Bronwyn is a massage therapist and former competitive athlete. Her swimming career ended due to significant shoulder injuries which yoga helped her overcome. She practices yoga to maintain fitness and mindfulness. She is elated to help others honour their mind, body and soul through the practice of yoga.
