Born and raised in Peterborough, Caillen Lush (she/her) began dancing at the age of three. From ballet to hip-hop to contemporary, Caillen has been training for eighteen years with teachers from Peterborough as well as the GTA. Caillen graduated from the TAS Integrated Arts Program with honours in Dance and recently graduated from Randolph College for the Performing Arts in Toronto receiving her diploma in Musical Theatre. 

Caillen’s yoga journey began in 2020. She practised as a way to connect with herself and to bring another form of movement into her life. When Caillen is not on the mat, you can find her auditioning for various projects in Toronto or Peterborough and the surrounding areas, with friends or listening to Taylor Swift! 

Caillen is so excited to be a part of such a special community that is Salti Yoga and can’t wait to be a friendly, helpful face when you come to the studio for your practice!
