Yoga found it's way into my life in 2007, when I started studying for my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at OCAD University. Prior to University I had 12 years of dance training, and my body yearned to move. It soon became clear that yoga was the medicine that my body needed, as it offered profound healing benefits physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Yoga is my daily practice of connection and therapy, and a constant source of learning and growth. I completed my 200 hour YTT program in 2017 and will complete my 500 hour program at YogaSpace in Toronto in October 2018. I am passionate about the healing benefits of yoga and continue to explore and develop my knowledge to make yoga accessible, inclusive and adaptive for all. Along with yoga and visual art, I am also passionate about music, nature, animals and travelling. It would be a pleasure and honour to share the practice and space with you.
