I grew up overseas with my parents and younger sister and while traveling a lot, yoga was always a part of my life. My mom loved to practice yoga and introduced it to my sister and I. Yoga has always been a way for me to manage stress and cope with difficult things in my life. I have also used it to celebrate and be thankful for everything I have as well. I've always been an active person and while growing up, I played basketball and soccer competitively. I enjoy being outdoors, going on hikes, reading, and being with friends/family. I just graduated from Queen's University with a degree in Life Sciences. I will be continuing my education next semester at Western University to become a nurse. I love helping people and am excited for new opportunities ahead. With that being said, sometimes it is hard to live in the present and with so much going on in the world and in life, yoga helps me enjoy and experience every moment. I can't wait to meet you all in the studio!
