​​Q. Will you continue to offer Salti Yoga Online?

A. Yes! Salti Yoga Online is here to stay. We will continue to add new classes for you during our closure. If you have a special request for a class type or instructor, please email us and we will do our best!


Q. If I was in the middle of my Intro Fortnight when Salti Yoga closed, what happens to the rest of my month?

A. The Intro Fortnight is a great way to experience our studio and take a variety of classes at an introductory rate. If your Intro Fortnight expired during our closure, we will extend it upon request after we reopen.


Q. I have a Class Pass that is set to expire during the closure. Will I lose those classes or can they be reactivated?

A. All Class Passes that expire during our closure will be reviewed upon reopening and extended by the length of our closure. If you would prefer to have your classes transferred over to a Salti Yoga Online subscription instead, please email clientcare@saltiyoga.ca.


​​Q. I have a Monthly Unlimited Membership. What happens to my membership during the closure?

​A. Should any mandated closure extend beyond 2 weeks, MU members will have the option to request a future month payment be credited to their account. This credit will be applied on a per request basis and is an account credit which can be used toward a future month payment or the purchase of product from our shop. All credits will be applied at the end of a closure period to allow an accurate credit value to be determined. To request this credit, please email clientcare@saltiyoga.ca. If you would like to suspend or cancel your membership, click here.


Q. I have a Yearly Unlimited Membership. What happens to my membership during the closure?

A. Should any mandated closure extend beyond 2 weeks, Yearly Unlimited members will have the option to request a credit for the closure period to be applied to their account. This credit will only be applied on a per request basis and is an account credit which can be used toward a future month payment or the purchase of product from our shop. All credits will be applied at the end of a closure period to allow an accurate credit value to be determined.
