“My classes are based on one of the primary premises of yoga that the physical postures are just a portal to the much deeper inner work. My classes are themed on ideas of personal development. My teaching style prioritizes detailed cueing, strength building and fluidity in breath and movement. My sequences are deeply thought over, so that they are creative, exploratory, introspective, and challenging! If I am teaching a Gentle Yoga class, expect to build rhythm and grace with a gentler paced vinyasa by holding comfortable tension to feel the sweetness of release, and calm your nervous system.

If I am teaching a Hot or Core flow, expect to get out of your comfort zone for a spicy yet evenly paced heat building sequence. I am a 500 hours Yoga Alliance certified instructor. I continue to acquire numerous continuing education hours with some of the world’s most renowned teachers. My teaching philosophy is based on empathy, kindness and connection. I love my students and am deeply grateful to share this journey with them. I am an ally and advocate for all human rights movements aimed for equality and justice. In my life outside of the studio, I work on my doctoral dissertation. I am also an aspiring vegan chef, and an aspiring artist. I also love to DIY new things out of broken and discarded beauties.”
