Movement has always fascinated and enthralled me; it's been a pathway to feeling deeply connected and lighthearted. I came to yoga with anxiety and a heart full of pain. Yoga has gently shown me how to work through my suffering and live more freely. It's my intention to create a space that feels safe for you to explore the inner workings of your body and mind. We'll breathe easefully, move mindfully, and feel supported by one another as we build inner and outer strength. I am a 200hr E-RYT certified in hatha yoga, with reflexology training and reiki level 1.
