I am a 200-hr Certified Yoga Teacher and Pilates instructor with a fun, supportive, and creative style. In my classes, expect to find a balance of strength, mobility, intuitive flows, and intentional challenge. I will always provide space and time for playful exploration, attentive modifications, and of course some laughs! Fostering mind-body connection and community through movement and breath is what keeps bringing me back to my mat. I have additional training in yoga for all bodies, pre- and postnatal yoga & Pilates, yoga and mindfulness for kids and teens, and trauma- informed yoga.

What’s my why? Moving my body in a way that feels good has helped me become confident in so many areas of my life. Guiding others to find their strength and courage lights me up. I am an educator and a bird lover (I can identify many species by their song!).

When I’m not on my mat, you can often find me running or cycling on the bike path or at the farmers’ market checking out the seasonal fruit and veg! My Mantra: Dig in, be brave! See you on your mat!
