I had fallen deeply in love with yoga after attending a class in 2010 and found that it helped my body be strong and flexible.
I also learned that breath work and mindfulness had a big positive impact on my mental health.
As a practising RMT, I give clients exercises to help them decrease their pain.
Because yoga is such a big part of my life, I wanted to give them a yoga flow to meet their goals, abilities and limitations.
I did my 200HR YTT in Brockville in 2019.
I began teaching clients privately and quickly realized that I need more of this in my life. So I incorporated teaching classes at a local studio and clinic and genuinely look forward to every practice.
I encourage students to find the kind of practice that suits them each time they step onto their mat, challenging (with awareness) when they choose and respectfully listening to the body’s signals.
I guide people in using their breath and focus to find stillness in the mind, supporting their holistic wellness.
Oh, and I also love raising two super cool kids and a huge dog (Newf), running and painting!
