I grew up in Peterborough and was a competitive dancer throughout my childhood. I have always been drawn to movement to feel vibrant. My yoga journey began in high school. After finishing my first yoga class, I noticed the benefits of yoga immediately. I had never felt so mentally and physically relaxed before. Since then, yoga has become my outlet to manage my stress and practice self-care. I continue to experience the physical and mental benefits of my yoga practice. I am currently attending Queen’s University to complete my degree in Psychology to pursue my dream of being a counsellor. I follow a holistic lifestyle, I love spending time in nature and have my essential oils certification. I am excited to share my passion for yoga with the Salti community! Together, we will tune into the present moment to connect with our mind, body, and soul as we move mindfully and accept ourselves throughout the process.
