I first tried yoga more than 15 years ago but could not find my own space in the practice. Years later, I grew tired of the gym and went back to the studio for another try. I have been hooked ever since. I quickly decided to deepen my own practice through teacher training, not knowing if I would ever want to teach. Now, I love sharing my practice with people who are equally passionate about the wonders of yoga.
Yoga should be for everyone, independent of age, body composition, injuries, or interests. I love working with you to achieve your personal goals with your practice. In class, it is important to see every student and to encourage individualism and allow for different practices.
When not in the studio, you will find me on a hiking trail, or growing vegetables in the garden!
