Salti Yoga has partnered up with Holistic Nutritionist, Marissa Laughlin from Wealth of Wellness, to bring you The Lifestyle Reset!

Instead of setting New Year's resolutions that may last a week, join us for a full 28-day nutrition program to help you reset your body and maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

The Lifestyle Reset is not a cleanse, detox or a diet. The intention of the program is to teach you how to make better food choices, how to fuel your body properly and allow you to find balance while still eating your favourites foods! The program is meant to keep you accountable and help you make sustainable changes to create a lifestyle you can feel good about.

Marissa will be hosting a seminar on Tuesday, January 2nd to discuss the entire program including, what foods to focus on, what foods to avoid and what foods to limit. She will also be talking about the importance of sustaining a balanced lifestyle and how the program can support all dietary needs.
