Hi, I’m Tara.

I’m the Founder and Studio Director of Salti Yoga, a hot yoga studio, and the Lead Trainer of our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program.

I’ve been teaching yoga for over 12 years, and I still remember the nerves I felt walking into the room to teach my very first class—the self-doubt, the overthinking, and not quite knowing where to begin. I also remember how overwhelming it felt trying to figure out how to find students and build something outside of a studio environment.
Since then, I’ve worked with hundreds of students and supported many new teachers as they step into their role with more confidence and clarity.

Now, I help new yoga teachers move past the uncertainty and into a place where they feel prepared, capable, and supported—not like they have to figure it all out on their own.

I created this training to help you skip the confusion, build real confidence, and start teaching with intention—so you can focus on what actually matters: guiding your students and growing your practice.
