Complete Your Cancellation
All cancellation requests need to be submitted by email to info@saltiyoga.ca no later than 10 business days prior to your billing date. 


Need a little bit of time off? 
Monthly Unlimited memberships can be put on hold for 1 month, once per year. See a team member in studio for suspension requests. Please note that 10 days' notice is required for all suspension requests. Memberships placed on will will extend the length of the membership term.


Salti Yoga Cancellation Policy 
Monthly Unlimited memberships have a 4 or 12 month commitment, based on the term selected at the time of purchase. Cancellations prior to the minimum commitment are subject to a fee of 50% of the remaining membership term value, charged automatically to the card on file.  Monthly payments, once billed, are not eligible for refund. All memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
