I started doing yoga in 2010 as an undergraduate student. Though it began as a way to get some exercise, I soon learned all of the positive mental health benefits of moving mindfully and compassionately with and in my body. When I completed my YTT 200 in 2016, this is what I set out to do with my teaching. I wanted folx to appreciate their bodies in all of their forms and practice yoga for both the challenge and ease it can bring. I think this can come through in any style and I'm always interested in expanding my personal and teaching practices to explore yoga in all of its forms. This led me to training in aerial yoga instruction with Erin Ball in 2017 and has meant that I have taught a wide variety of classes over the past few years. I look forward to instructing every/body who wants to yoga!
