We recommend you register in advance for classes in order to guarantee your spot. Once you have purchased a pass, you can register for any class you like.

          

What to Bring

  • Reusable water bottle
  • Comfortable, breathable clothing that you might wear to the gym
  • Yoga Mat
  • One or Two Towels (one to shower with and one to put on your mat if it's a hot class)​
  • Forgot your mat or towel? Don’t worry, we offer mat & towel service!


Studio Etiquette

  • Please arrive early to avoid disappointment. Classes start and end on time. Latecomers will not be permitted.
  • Check in at the front counter first thing.
  • Free yourself from your devices. Please turn your cell phone to silent when in Salti Yoga. Even better, leave it in the car. Cell phones are not permitted in the studio.
  • All personal items are to remain in the change rooms and are not permitted in the studio. All valuables should be left at home or in your vehicle.
  • Honour the silence of the yoga room. Pssst! We can hear you when you whisper. Please go to the lounge to talk.
  • Please remain in the room for the duration of the class to get maximum benefit and avoid disruption.
  • Relax, breathe deeply and do your best!
