Operations and Sales Team Member

We are hiring a Part Time Operations and Sales Team Member, who will be focused on leading our customer service and client journeys and selling memberships, introductory packages and upsells.

This is a job with a Mission to keep our studio running with ease so that our coaches can impact and change the lives of our hundreds of clients through the execution of day to day operations, leading a client journey from prospect to sale and maintaining general housekeeping. You’ll be the first person many of our clients see and you’ll set the tone for the warmth, joy and peace we bring to our clients lives.  

Job Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year retail sales and conversion and/or customer service experience, including experience meeting sales targets;
• Some knowledge and interest in yoga, health and wellness;
  
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills;
  
• Self-motivated, results oriented and independent work style; 
  
• Excellent computer skills using Windows, MS Office - Word, Excel, Google Drive - Docs and Sheets
  
• Must be available to work weekday, evening and weekends.
