I have always been an active person, exercise has been part of my life since I can remember. I practiced classic ballet for many years and then I started trying new activities like silks, weight training, yoga, rock climbing, and pole dancing. Taking care of my mind and body has always been a priority for me. After studying a career in marketing and working for several years, I decided to start over, pursue my dream of working on what I really love and live a new adventure, so I decided to move to Canada to study fitness and find my adventure. I finished a fitness and health promotion diploma and I’m also a certified barre instructor and group fitness instructor. I’m passionate about nature, travel and a good cup of tea.
