Camping Option: Sleep outside and enjoy the sounds of nature, with an air mattress and plush bedding for comfort. Tents and bedding will be provided. $275/person

We accept no liability for loss, damage, injury, or illness which may occur during the retreat or traveling to or from the retreat. We reserve the right to make any changes to our program, accommodation, classes or teachers. Alternative arrangements are offered to the best of our ability but if not taken up, we do not accept responsibility for any costs incurred, including travel. We take every step to ensure that students are not stretched beyond the limit of their capabilities. We ask that you speak up if you have any particular pre-existing injury or illness that is relevant. We advise that you always listen to your body, and if you are feeling any pain or illness during the class that you stop and rest. If you are accepted into the retreat, the deposit of $200 is required within 72 hours of acceptance and will not be reimbursed. Payment in full required 30 days prior to the retreat. Payment Plans are available, email for details. No reimbursements will be granted for any reason, other than if you are able to find someone to take your spot.

730PM: Meet & Greet followed by a Gentle Yoga Practice to encourage a restful sleep.
8AM - Gratitude Journaling Session followed by an awakening flow incorporating balance, strength and relaxation.
10AM - Breakfast/Brunch
11AM - 530PM FREE TIME
Relax by the Lake, hike in the woods, make use of kayaks, canoe or SUP board, read a book. This is your time to rejuvenate. Treatments will also take place during this time.*
Lunch will be available as a buffet style from 1230-130pm.
530PM YOGA: 90 Minute Yang/Yin Practice. This class will be a beginner friendly flow practice that ends with some deeper stretching and restorative poses.
7PM - Dinner
An evening fire will be available for those who want to socialize!
830AM - Morning Meditation followed by YOGA: Morning Flow
10AM - Breakfast
After Breakfast you will have some time to relax by the Lake or pack up for a 12pm check-out.
