I fell in love with yoga over 15 years ago. From the moment I stepped onto my mat for the first time, I was hooked. As a longtime dancer and athlete, I was first drawn to yoga for the physical benefits as a way to supplement my dance training; I quickly realized that it was more than just about the asana practice. Not only does yoga make me feel strong, flexible, and agile; I love how my mind finds peace as I connect with my breath, body, and self. As a local dance educator, I love moving for joy and encourage others to find what feels good for them in their own body. Building community through movement education is something that I am deeply passionate about. It’s important to me that my students feel supported, encouraged, and capable no matter where they are in their movement journey. I am thrilled to be a part of the Salti community. In my classes, you will leave feeling supported, calm, strong, and just the right amount of challenged.  Let’s move, breathe, and find joy on our mat while being kind to ourselves in the process.
