Waitlist Etiquette and No-Show Policy
Sometimes our classes have a waitlist. And sometimes, we experience a no-show or last-minute cancellation. This leaves an empty space in class which could have been filled by another client who really needed that class. If you are registered for class, please come! If you are on the waitlist, be prepared to get a spot in the class.
When registering for your class, be sure to check if you are booked directly into the class or on the waitlist. Unsure? You can check your schedule in your Wellness Living Member Account.
Once you are on the waitlist, our no-show policy applies as soon as you are added to the class. If you are no longer able to make it (not enough time to get to the studio, something else came up), remove yourself from the waitlist right away to avoid a charge.
Once a spot opens for you, you will be automatically placed in the class. Depending on your personal notification settings you will receive an email or text message to let you know! Please note: if you are no longer able to attend, be sure to remove yourself from the class through your account as early as possible so that the opportunity is given to the next person in line. If you are moved from the waitlist into the class, even with just a few minutes to spare, and you do not show up, you will be considered a no-show.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM A NO-SHOW?
If you are not a Monthly Unlimited or Yearly Unlimited Member, your pass will be used toward that no-show class. IE. If you have a 10 Class Pass and are marked as a no-show, one of your passes will be used toward that.
Monthly Unlimited and Yearly Unlimited members who have 3 or more no-shows in a month may lose the ability to pre-book.
Since folks sometimes cancel last minute (please try not to be this person!), you could be added minutes before the class starts. If you are still on the waitlist, we think you still want a spot and may be waiting close by! We often have waitlisted clients who live nearby or show up and wait outside to see if a spot is available. If you are no longer waiting to get into class, please remove yourself from the waitlist. Do not wait until we offer you a spot.
HOW DO I CANCEL IF I NEED TO?
Easy! Log in to your online account, or App. Once logged in, you will be able to access a list of all of the classes you are booked or waitlisted for. Select the class you would like to cancel and confirm to complete the transaction. Please note that cancellations must be made through your account. Cancellations left via voicemail will not be accepted.
