  • Each membership has a membership agreement, outlining the cancellation policy in place for injuries or moves. Be sure to review the terms and conditions of the membership agreement prior to purchase.
    Class Passes are non-refundable. If you have to move, please reach out to a member of our team to discuss the possibility of transferring the remaining passes to someone.

  • Yes. Class Passes are discounted offers and do have expiry dates.
    The 10 Class Pass expires 4 months from the date of purchase.

    Unused classes do not carry forward.
    Class passes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be shared.

  • Upon purchase of your eligible membership, a member of our team will connect with you to let you know how you can select your free pair of leggings. We offer a wide variety of leggings, including standard black in colour. Leggings not really your thing? Receive an equivalent store credit to use toward something else. ;)
