FAQ

  • Most members will bring their own mat. We have a limited number of mats available for use on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  • It is easiest to manage your classes through our app. On the “My Schedule” page of the app, you'll see all of your upcoming classes.

    To cancel, 'Cancel Reservation'. Or, sign in through 'My Account' at the bottom of this page. Once signed in, navigate to the 'bookings' tab to view all past & upcoming reservations.

  • Please plan to arrive for class at least 10 minutes early. We lock the doors 1 minute prior to the class start time and latecomers are not permitted. It is important to us to maintain the integrity of the space once class has started.

  • Our studio is fully equipped with showers in each change room. We offer mat and towel service, a water refill station and even tea in cooler weather. Enjoy our lounge area before or after class.

  • We do enforce a late cancel/no-show policy. Be sure to review our policies online at www.saltiyoga.ca/policies
