intro to inversions

Get upside down! The focus of this 90 minute workshop will be headstand, forearm stand and handstand.

Class will begin with a warm up and conditioning before we move into inversions. We will use the wall and various props, and learn how to spot each other as well as safely "fall" out of poses. Everyone will have the opportunity to try several different variations of each inversion and receive individual guidance on their form. Class will wind down with some gentle stretching and guided relaxation.
